Ellen (Nellie) Phelan
(née O’Neill)
In her 100th year,
Nellie passed away peacefully on Monday surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the staff at Mooncoin Residential Care Centre. Predeceased by her husband Billy, sisters Lizzie (Irish), Peggy (Ryan) and Roseann (Power).
Nellie will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Catriona, sons Richard and Liam, sisters Mary (Irish) and Josie (Tynan), brothers Philly, Seamus, Tom, Sean and Michael, daughter-in-law Juliane, son-in-law Pat, grandchildren Conor, Billy, Kevin, Laura and Robbie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
May Nellie’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing on Tuesday at Donnacha Doyle & Son’s Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Arriving on Wednesday at St.Senan’s Church, Kilmacow (via her residence) for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon, burial after in the adjoining cemetery.
