Ellen Twomey
(née Harris)
TWOMEY (Cork) On 17th June 2024, unexpectedly, but peacefully, in the presence of her loving family at the Mercy University Hospital, ELLEN (nee Harris), late of Templeacre Avenue, Gurranabraher. Dearly beloved wife of Tommy and adored mother of Sandra, Vivienne, Joanne and Joy, loving nan to her 9 grandchildren and great grandchild, dearest sister of Peg, Breda and the late Annie, Dick, Mary, Dan and Kitty. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sons-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Thursday (20th June) from 10.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (21st June) at 11.30am in the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
