Elma O'Keeffe

O’KEEFFE: Glasheen, Cork, and formerly of Kilphilibeen, Ballynoe, Co. Cork. On 4th September 2024, peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender and loving care of the nursing staff and doctors in St. Bernadette’s Ward of Bon Secours Hospital, Elma.

 

Beloved daughter of Eileen (née Cotter) and the late Michael. Sadly missed by her loving family brothers Eddie and Conor, sisters Margaret, Mary, Pauline and Emer, her 18 much loved nephews and nieces, her 5 grand-nephews and grand-nieces, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts Mary, Teresa and Nora, uncle John, cousins, especially Maura, her Glasheen neighbours, work colleagues and friends.

 

Elma will be fondly remembered and

sadly missed by her friends and work

colleagues in the Bio-Chemistry Lab,

in Bon Secours Hospital, Cork,

where she worked for 36 years.

 

May Elma Rest In Peace.

 

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, 7th September at 11.00am,

in The Holy Family Church, Youghal,

followed by burial in Conna New Cemetery.
