Elsie Scanlon

Formerly of Skehana, Menlough, Co. Galway.

Peacefully on Tuesday, 25 June 2024 in the wonderful care of staff at Clarinbridge Care Centre.

Predeceased by her parents Bridget and Tommy and siblings PJ, Peggy, Chrissie, Martha and Martin, nephew Pete and niece Mary Teresa.

Deeply mourned by her sisters Mary, Teresa, Pauline and Gretta, brother Gerry, brothers-in-law John, Tommy and Bill, sisters-in-law Catherine and Angela, nephews and nieces, extended family and neighbours and friends.

Elsie will repose at the Church of the Holy Family Funeral Parlour, Mervue (H91 FH52) on Friday, 28 June from 5.00 p.m. with Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 29 June at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass Elsie will be laid to rest in New Cemetery, Bohermore.
