Esther Sweeney (née Dee), Dromtrasna-Harnett, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully, in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and staff, in the presence of her family at St. John’s Hospital, Limerick, on Tuesday, 21st November 2023.

Esther, loving wife of the late Jimmy and sister of the late Peg Finnegan, Breda Roche and Joan Dee, is very sadly missed by her son Seamus, daughter Helena, daughter-in-law Fiona, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale on Thursday, 23rd November from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Removal on Friday, 24th November to The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass will be live streamed on the following link:

Funeral afterwards to Reilig Íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.
