The death has occurred of
Evelyn Sweeney
(née Donlon)
Late of Killarney Parade, Phibsborough, Dublin and formerly Ardagh, Co. Longford. Peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Ardmore Care Choice Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Michael and devoted mother of Billy, Martin and Terry. Evelyn will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Betty, sons, daughter in law Avril, Martin’s partner Wallace and Terry’s partner Áine, her cherished grandchildren Eleanor, Jessica and River, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West (D11 W7VX) on Tuesday (23rd January) with family in attendance from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning (24th January) at 10am in St. Joseph’s Church, Berekley Road. Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery.

Evelyn’s family would like to thank the staff of the Ardmore Care Choice Nursing Home and St Monica’s Nursing Home for the wonderful care, dignity and support shown to Evelyn and the family.
