Finbarr O'Connell

O'Connell (Bandon Road, Kinsale and late of Rathanker) on May 30th 2023 peacefully at Marymount Hospice and surrounded by his loving family. Finbarr, beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Tierney), adored father of Ger and Eilís, and dear son of Patrick and the late Catherine.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, family, father, son-in-law Brendan, Ger's partner Melissa, brothers Gerard and Frank, sisters Margaret, Pauline, Ka, Hillary and Ber, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncle, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Finbarr will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale on Wednesday from 6pm followed by prayers at 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 2pm in St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale which will be live-streamed on www.kinsale-parish.org/st-johns-church-web-cam/, funeral afterwards to St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
