The death has occurred of
Fr. Sean Cooney
Cooney, Fr. Sean, Pastor Emeritus (Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Winter Park, Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., and formerly of Ballymore, Co. Westmeath, Ireland) – 21st June, 2023 (peacefully), on the 64th anniversary of his ordination. Pre-deceased by his parents, Patrick & Della (late of Ballymore N.S.) Sadly missed by his sister Mairead and brother Pat, his sister-in-law Dorothy, nephews, niece, grandnephews and grandniece, cousins and many friends in the U.S.A. and Ireland.

Fr. Sean’s Funeral Mass will take place in Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Florida, on Saturday (1st July) at 12 noon [5pm GMT], followed by interment in Queen of Angels Cemetery, Winter Park, Florida.
