Frank ROONEY

Peacefully, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Beloved husband of the late Teresa (nee McCloskey), much loved father of Seamus, Fintan, Cormac, Imelda (Regan), Declan, Róisín and Fiona (Cronin) and adored grandfather of David and the late Colm (Rooney), Lea and Albert (Rooney) and Donnacha, Fiachra and Daire (Cronin). He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing sons, daughters, sons-in-law Tom Regan and Seán Cronin, daughter-in-law Isabel McCarthy, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Quinn's Funeral Home, Bridge Street, Dundalk on Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Reposing at home from 5.30pm to 11pm on Sunday and from 11am to 11pm on Monday. Removal on Tuesday at 10.20am, to St. Laurence’s Church, Omeath, arriving for Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul c/o Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk.
