The death has occurred of
Fred Buttimer
Fred Buttimer, Rathcanning, Dungourney and formerly of Shippool, Innishannon, on February 11th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Marymount Hospital & Hospice. Fred, beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Deane, Carrignavar), dear father of David, much loved grandad of David, Leah and Mark, father-in-law of Kate and beloved partner of Irene Applebe. Brother of the late Henry and brother-in-law of the late Sylvia Ryall. Also remembering the late Bertie Kingston.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, partner, brothers Herbert, George and Leslie, sisters Joy, Anne and Ruth, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
At Rest
Fred will Repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton P25X382 on Friday (14th) from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Reception into St. John the Baptist Church, Midleton on Saturday (15th) for 11 a.m. Funeral Service followed by burial in Church of Ireland Cemetery, Innishannon.
