KELLY (née Dewsbury), Freda, (Finglas and formerly of Wolverhampton, UK), July 10th, 2022, peacefully at home, after a long illness borne with dignity and courage surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Christy and devoted mother of Trisha, Christy, Ann, Mick, Bridie, John, Willie, Mary, Anthony and the late Margaret. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons and daughters, her 32 cherished grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, sisters Joyce and Olive, brother Gordan, daughters-in-law Teresa, Sharon and Anne Marie, sons-in-law Alfie and Graham, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May Freda Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home on Tuesday (12th July) evening from 6 until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday (13th July) morning to St Canice’s Church, Finglas Village, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am which may be viewed on the parish webcam http://www.stcanicesfinglas.com/live.html, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery (St Paul’s Section). Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the St Francis Hospice Blanchardstown.
The family would like to thank Dr Desmond Day, The Mater Hospital, St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown and her careers who cared for Freda throughout her illness.
