Fred passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at his home in Carn Ard, Galway on Monday September 9th 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Fred Snr and May.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his beloved partner Mary and her daughters April and Sylvia, the extended Johnston and Hodgins family, a wide circle of friends and his much loved dogs.

Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Wednesday 11 September from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Fred at the Sacred Heart Church, Seamus Quirke Road on Thursday 12 September on arrival at 10.00 a.m.

Private cremation to follow.
