Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Cork University Hospital on 3rd October 2024.

Beloved husband of Linda, dearest father of Robert, Kieran & George, adoring grandad to Clíodhna, and loving son of Tess and the late Paddy. George is sadly missed by his family, daughter-in-law Genevieve, brothers Kieran and Pat, sisters Rosemary, Therese and Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, Limerick (V94Y2W4) on Saturday, 5th October, from 3pm to 6pm.

Funeral arriving at Our Lady of the Wells Church, Clonmoney (V95RX45) on Sunday, 6th October for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in Bunratty Cemetery.
