The death has occurred of
George Gammell
George Gammell of New Road, Kilcoole who passed away peacefully in his 94th year on Sunday 6th November 2022 in the loving care of the wonderful staff of the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook. Predeceased by his siblings Michael, Maudie, Cissie and Paddy. Dearly loved husband of Rita for 64 years and loving and much-loved father of Colette, Christopher and Bernadette. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Amy, Kim, Jessica, Ronan, Cameron, Lucy, Oisin and Fionn, sons in law Bill and Dickie, daughter in law Brid, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends and neighbours.

George will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home Kilcoole from 5pm until 7pm on Tuesday. Removal from the family home on Wednesday morning at 10.40am walking to St Anthony’s Church, Kilcoole, arriving for funeral Mass at 11am followed by interment in Kilquade New Cemetery.
