George Walsh

Walsh George, 23rd February 2024, (Perrystown and late of Hanlon’s and Sawers, Chatham Street, Lett Dorans and Leo Burdock, Werburgh Street) in his 93rd year passed peacefully during his sleep, in the kind care of the staff of Lexington House Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Mary (May) and much loved dad of Austin, Noel, Carol and Sharon.

 

George will be forever loved and dearly missed by his loving sons, daughters, his adored 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, brother Tommy, sister Vera, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

 

May George rest in peace.

 

 

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm . Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village and afterwards for burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery, arriving approximately 12noon.

 

 

Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, to Lexington House Nursing Home, Clondalkin.
