The death has occurred of
Gerald Quinlan
QUINLAN (Coorydorrigan, Schull and late of Waterville, Co. Kerry): on October 16th 2024, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Schull Community Hospital. GERALD (Gerry) beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Fitzell), predeceased by his brothers Maurice and Michael. Adored father of Mary, Maurice, Norah (Blandin), Billy and John. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Ann and Tess, sons-in-law Christian and Scott, daughter-in-law Suzanne, Martina, his beloved granddaughters Fiona, Aoife, Sinead and Ayisha, extended family, treasured neighbours, carers and friends.
Reposing at his residence (P81 F440) on Sunday, October 20th 2024, from 2pm to 5pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday, October 21st 2024, at 2pm in St. Mary’s Church, Schull, this will be livestreamed here, followed by burial in Schull Cemetery.
Family Flowers Only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Schull Community Hospital.
