Gerard (Gerry) Flynn

Gerard (Gerry) MPSI, (formerly The Square, Claremorris), peacefully, at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Pre-deceased by his parents Seán and Agnes Flynn, Ardnaree, Ballina, his brother Jimmy and sister Mary.  Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Jimmy (Claremorris), Kealan (Galway), Éadaoin (Enniscrone), Garrett (Claremorris), Aghna (Claremorris).  Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sister, Collette Shovlin (Donegal Town), daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, Siobhan Judge & Anna Fitzgerald, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. 

Rest in Peace

Gerard (Gerry) will lay in repose at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Sunday evening from 5pm until 6.30pm for family and friends.  Funeral cortége will leave his residence on Monday morning at 10.30am to arrive to The Church of Our Lady Assumed Into Heaven, Enniscrone for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium to arrive for service at 4pm. Funeral Mass will be live streamed at www.churchtv.ie/enniscrone. Funeral cortége will stop at The Square, Claremorris enroute to Shannon Crematorium at 1.45pm approx . Due to current restrictions and guidelines funeral mass will be limited to family and close friends only please (50 people).
