Peacefully, in the excellent care of the nursing staff of U.H.G. Galway and surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Ger & Ellie, brothers Joe, Pat, Matt and baby infant Michael, sisters Mary and twin sister Evelyn.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret, sons Jesse, Greg, Mark and Terry, sisters Breege and Pauline, brothers in law, sisters in law, daughters in law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Gerry will repose at Mannion’s Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy (H54 RW94) this Tuesday, August 15th from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving at St Bernard’s Church, Abbeyknockmoy on Wednesday August 16th. for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Killererin Old Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Care West.
