Gerard (Gerry) Mulholland (Jarír Al-Majar)

Predeceased by his parents Ned and Betty and brothers John and Billy. Beloved brother of Breda (his twin), Eamonn and Marion. Gerard  is mourned and will be very sadly missed by his sisters and brother, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and by the extended Mulholland, Fitzpatrick and Lynas families.

Gerard was a free spirit, gifted musician and songwriter who touched many lives in Galway and around the world. He devoted his life to the disadvantaged and the downtrodden and he will be sadly missed by his numerous friends. 

As a mark of respect to Gerard, funeral reposing and celebration  will take place at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Saturday, 13 May, from 4 p.m. to  6 p.m. Removal from the Funeral Parlour to Rahoon Cemetery on Monday, 15 May, 2023, at 11.30 a.m. where Gerard will be laid to rest along side his beloved family.
