The death has occurred of Gerard O’Leary, ‘Glenluice’, Spanish Point, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare/Glasnevin, Dublin 11/Kilrush, Co. Clare
It is with great sadness that we inform of the passing of Gerard (Gerry) O’ Leary, retired member of An Garda Síochana, late of Spanish Point, Co. Clare and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin 11/Frances Street, Kilrush, Co. Clare. Died June 26th 2024 (peacefully) at his home. Predeceased by his Father Finbar, Mother Pearl and sister Dympna. Gerry will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, son Finbarr, daughter Gráinne, brothers Barry and Aidan, grandchildren Tadhg and Éala, son-in-law Darragh, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing in St Joseph’s Church, Miltown Malbay this Saturday, 29th June, from 4pm with prayers at 5pm. Funeral mass on Sunday, 30th June, at 12.15 pm followed by burial in New Shanakyle Cemetery, Kilrush.
