Gertrude (Gertie) Errity
(née Byrne)

Leixlip, Kildare / Rathcoole, Dublin

Errity (née Byrne) Gertrude (Gertie), (Leixlip and formerly of  Rathcoole), died peacefully, after a short illness, on January 6th  2023, surrounded by her loving family, in the loving care of the ICU Staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Pre-deceased by her loving sister Elizabeth. Gertie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving husband Paul, her devoted children Andrew and David, her daughter-in-law Amanda and her much loved grandchildren Zara and Sophia, sisters Helen and Pauline, brothers Dermot, Cecil, Anthony, Peter and Billy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and all her many friends.

 

   May Gertie Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at her home on Wednesday (11th January) from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 11am in the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip and afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium.
