The death has occurred of
Gibbs ROSS
ROSS (Rossnacaheragh, Ahakista and Durrus): On August 15, 2020, unexpectedly at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, GIBBS, loving partner and best friend of Helen, loving and devoted father of Isabelle and Gibbs, beloved son of the late Gibbs and Maura, dear brother of Margaret, Mary, John, Sam and Elizabeth and brother-in-law of the late Mick (Croke). Sadly missed by his loving family, Helen’s family Paddy, Mary, Jackie, Pat, Sheila and Shane, uncle, aunt, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Gibbs’ funeral will take place in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines. Funeral cortège will leave his home on Wednesday, August 19, at 12.30pm approx. to Sacred Heart Church, Durrus via Ahakista, Carraigboy (School Road) and Ross’s Green, Durrus, for a private Requiem Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining New Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Heart and Lung Transplant Unit, The Mater Foundation, 53-54 Eccles St, Dublin 7.
