FITZPATRICK (née McGrath) (Cabinteely and formerly of Oakton Park, Ballybrack, Co. Dublin) – September 7th 2024 (peacefully) at home. Gráinne; dearly beloved wife and best friend of William, much loved and adored mother of Conor and Colm. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Thursday (Sept 12th) from 5pm to 7pm, (all welcome to attend). A Celebration of Gráinne’s life will take place in St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel within the funeral home on Friday (Sept 13th) at 3pm.
