Hannah McSweeney
(née Cronin)
Hannah McSweeney, (nee Cronin),
Greenhill, Mourneabbey and late of Ballyclough.
Hannah passed away, peacefully, at home in the presence of her loving family.
Beloved wife of Patrick and much loved mother of Breda (O'Grady) and Eileen (O'Donoghue) and adored grandmother of Darragh, Séan, Patrick, Ciara and Aishling, sons-in-law Bill and Tim,sister of the late Nora, Michael, Jim, Mary and Con, sisters-in-law Sheila and Hannah Mai, nephews, nieces, relatives, carers, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest in Peace
Hannah's Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 11am in St. John the Baptist Church, Burnfort.
Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
In accordance with H.S.E guidelines Funeral Mass will be private.
