Peacefully, surrounded by her Daddy James, Mammy Imelda, brothers JJ and Ciáran, sisters Megan and Róisín and the staff at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Hannah will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, godparents Rhona and Arthur, extended relatives and her school friends from Gaelscoil Éanna, St. Michael’s Loreto Navan and DCU.

Hannah's funeral cortège will leave her home on Saturday morning at 10.15am on route to St. Colmcille's Church, Fletcherstown. via Wilkinstown. to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11am, which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/user/Finnegandvd (click the ‘live’ icon). Burial afterwards in Gibbstown Cemetery.
In compliance with the current HSE guidelines, a private Funeral Mass will take place for family only, limited to 10 people. Please ensure social distancing and public health advice is adhered to.
For those who would like to attend the funeral but cannot due to the current restrictions, please leave a condolence message below.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Bedford Medical Centre, McCauley’s Chemist, the staff at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan, The Mater Hospital, Dublin, and everybody who supported them throughout Hannah’s illness.
