Helen O'Callaghan
(née Beecher)

Walshtownmore, Dungourney, Cork / Lisgoold, Cork

O'Callaghan, Walshtownmore Dungourney and late of Carrigmore Conna, on September 6th 2020, unexpectedly, at the Cork University Hospital.

Helen (née Beecher), beloved wife of the late Timothy (Tim) and dear mother of Stephen, Gina, Timmy J., Ricky and Eoin, loving nana of Niamh, Siobhán, Caitlin, Jax, Fiachra, sister of Pat, John and Mary.

 

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughter, son in-law Wilmer, daughter in-law Jenny, grand children, brothers, sister, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Also her friends, work colleagues and acquaintances at Pieta House, Lisgoold point-to-point race committee and all those with whom she met throughout her career.

 

 
Please adhere to Government and HSE guidelines while attending the funeral.
 
 
 
At the family's request, Helen will repose at O'Farrell's Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, on Tuesday 8th, from 5pm to 7pm, followed by prayers. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 9th at 11am, in St. John the Baptist Church, Lisgoold, followed by burial in Templenacarriga Cemetery. 
 
 
Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu to Pieta House where Helen was a dedicated Counsellor.
