The death has taken place, at his home, of Hugh Mc Gee (Hughie Mhaireáde), Fanaboy, Gortahork. Predeceased by his mother Grace & father Johnny, brothers; John & Barney and sisters; Margaret & Sarah. Sadly missed by his wife Margaret, daughter Patricia, sons; John, Paul, Brendan & Hughie, in-laws; Josie, Valerie, Julie, Rose & Eileen, grandchildren; Mark, Louise, Erin & Conor, sister Bríd Gannon and extended family & friends.

His remains will repose at his home tomorrow, Tuesday (Nov 14th) from 4.30pm. Rosary nightly at 8pm. House private after rosary until 12 noon (Wed) and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral Mass in Teach Pobail Chríost Rí Gortahork on Thursday, Nov 16th, at 11am, interment afterwards in the adjacent cemetery.
