Hugh Murphy

The death has occurred, in his 89th year, of Hugh Murphy, School Lane, Dunleer and late of Kilduff, Redhills, Co. Cavan, suddenly but peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in St. Peter’s Nursing Home, Castlebellingham, surrounded by his family. Hugh, beloved husband of the late Colette (née Maguire, recently deceased) and loving father of Hubert and Ann. Predeceased by his parents Rose and Hugh, brothers Pat and Eddie and sisters Rosaleen and Brigid. Sadly missed by his son, daughter, daughter-in-law Mary, brothers-in-law Eamon and Gerry, sisters-in-law Bernie and Mary, grandchildren Julieann, Aisling, Shara, Ella, Hugh, Robert and Lily, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Friday from 5pm until 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning to Saint Brigid's Church, Dunleer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am which can be viewed live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/.
