Hugh Patrick Carroll

The death has occurred of Hugh Patrick Carroll, (Retired Pharmacist), Lisanisk, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully at his home in the care of his loving family, beloved husband of Patricia and loving father of Mary (Carrie), Pádraig, Teresa (Carolan), Fr. Jerry, Carmel (Osborne), Hugh G. and foster father to Noel Kelly and Gráinne (Concannon). Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Noel, Pat and John, daughter in law, Mary, brothers in law, Kevin and Donal, and sisters in law, Maureen and Phyllis, nephew Patrick, niece Frances, 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm in full compliance with current COVID-19 Regulations.

House Strictly Private at all other times.

Removal on Thursday evening at 7pm on foot from the junction of Farney Street and Dundalk Road to arrive at St Joseph’s Church at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St. Vincent de Paul, Carrickmacross or St. Joseph’s Young Priests Society via any family member or c/o Deery's Funeral Directors, Carrickmacross.
