Hughie Packenham

Hughie Packenham, Clones Road, Butlersbridge, Co. Cavan and formerly of Kilmacnoran, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan, Died 29th March 2024, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital in the presence of his family and in the wonderful care of the staff in Surgical 2. Predeceased by his infant son Robert, his parents Daniel and Catherine, brother Terence and sister Bridie.

Will be very sadly missed his loving wife Philomena, his children Daniel, Jennifer and Bridie, daughter in law Patricia, sons in law Michael and Colin, grandchildren Rebecca, Megan, Ryan, Aaron, Conor, Chloe, Cian, Hannah, Patrick, Tara, Brandon, Séan, great grandchildren Mealla and Rian, brothers Robert and Tom, sister Anne, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Lawlors Funeral Home, Belturbet (Eircode H14 R583) this Easter Sunday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral cortège to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Drung, via Kilmacnoran, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Monday, which can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/Drung, with burial immediately afterwards in Drung cemetery.
