Jacinta Hand
Suddenly but peacefully. Jacinta will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken mother Anne-Marie, her father Danny, brothers Pete, Matsie and Cory, sisters Chelsea and Avril, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, Navan, on Wednesday morning at 10:30am, which can be viewed on www.navanparish.ie/webcam.
In compliance with the current HSE guidelines, the funeral will be limited to 50 people. Please ensure social distancing and public health advice is adhered to. For those who cannot attend because of the current restrictions, please leave a condolence message below.
