James passed away on 9th June 2024, peacefully, in the care of the staff at the Barrow Ward at St. Luke's Hospital. Beloved husband of Jeanette, much loved father of Sinead and Niamh and cherished step-dad of Darren, Nicole and Jenny. James will be greatly missed by his wife and family, brothers, sisters, grandson James, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

James is predeceased by his brother Thomas and sisters Susan and Josie.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's green, Kilkenny on Sunday (16th June) from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 10.30am in St. John's Church. Funeral afterwards to the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin for Cremation Service at 1.30pm. House private please.
