James (Jim) Bertie
The death has occurred of James (Jim) Bertie, Ballybrittas, Co. Laois and formerly Howth, Co. Dublin. 27th October 2023,peacefully at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore (in his 91st year), following a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Pauline and parents James and Ada. Jim will be sadly missed by children Irene, Lorraine, Norman, Pamela, Audrey and Laura, his thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High Street, Trim, Co. Meath C15 HDT1 on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. A celebration of Jim's life will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Thursday at 2.30pm which can be viewed on https://www.dctrust.ie/location/newlands-cross/chapel-webstream.html
