James (Jim) GRIMES

James (Jim) Grimes of Bray and formerly of Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, passed away suddenly, but peacefully on Monday 1st April, 2024, at St Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Deeply regretted by his devoted and much loved wife Bernie (née Lennon), son Stuart, daughter-in-law Tanya, sister Maura, grandchildren Alanna, Evan, Mia and Tilly, sisters-in-law Maria and Jean and brother-in-law Maurice; also by Karen and his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Thursday (April 4) from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. A Service to Celebrate Jim’s Life will take place on Friday morning (April 5) at 11.00am in the funeral home, followed by Committal Service in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W at 1.00PM. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
