Peacefully at home in the loving care of his family following a short illness. Beloved husband of Mary (née McCarthy) and much-loved father of John, Brian, Adrian and Darragh, dear brother of the late Anthony, Bertie and Anne, adored grandad of Jessica, Kyle, Aaron, Rhys, Luke, Sarah, and Molly and great- grandad of Holly and Teddy. Jim will be very sadly missed by his wife, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Tina, Anne and Jennifer, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
May Jim rest in eternal peace.
Jim will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Road, Cobh, P24Y383 on Wednesday November 20th from 6.30pm with prayers at 8pm.Removal on Thursday 21st November from funeral home at 11.30am to St Colman’s Cathedral for 12 noon Requiem Mass followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
Requiem Mass will be live-streamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie
