The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Fahy, Highfield Road, Knockroe, Castlerea and formerly of Tarmon, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. 18th January 2018. (Ex-Principal of Tarmon National School). Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar after a short illness. Predeceased by his granddaughter Michelle. Jimmy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, sons Jimmy, Micheál, Sean & Brendan, daughter Mary, grandchildren Aisling, Deirdre, Aoife, Stephen, Darrren, Maria, Orla, Daniel & Eva, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

 

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

 

Reposing at his home on Friday evening from 4pm with removal at 8pm to St. Patrick's Church, Castlerea. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Saturday with burial afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Family Flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Roscommon Association Supporting People with Special Needs c/o Gaynors Funeral Directors.

There will be a one-way traffic system in place for those who wish to attend the removal on Friday evening to allow traffic move with ease. Cars will enter at John Morley Avenue and exit at Greenfield Road only, please. There will be stewards and direction signs along the route.
