The death has occurred of
James (Jimmy) Flynn
FLYNN (Cork) On 30th September 2023, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, JAMES (JIMMY) late of Fairfield Green, Farranree. Dearly beloved husband of Bridie (nee O’Callaghan) and much loved father of Mags, Brian, Ken, Leanne and the late Denis, devoted granda and great-granda. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street, on Monday (2nd October) at 10.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (3rd October) at 11.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Curraghkippane. House private. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Marymount Hospice.
