James (Jimmy) Hand,

late of Cartron West, Tullamore.

James was fondly known as Jimmy, and died on June 16th 2023, peacefully with his family, in the loving care of the Staff at University Hospital Limerick.

He was a native of Cartron West, Tullamore and was predeceased by his beloved wife Vera, sisters Kathleen and Marie and brothers Joe, Johnny and Martin.

Jimmy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving son Paul, daughter Yvonne, his partner Angela, grandchildren, Stephen, Brenna, Odhrán and Clodagh, brother Paddy, sister Teresa, in-laws, Yvonne's partner Trevor, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Grant Jimmy Eternal Rest and Peace

Jimmy will repose at his daughter Yvonne's home in Shinrone on Sunday (June 18th) from 4pm to 8pm.

Removal on Monday morning (June 19th) to Ss Patrick and Saran's Church, High Street, Belmont, where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
