James (Jimmy) Holden

Jimmy passed away peacefully on Thursday at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Peggy and John and brothers Sean and Ger. Sadly missed by his wife Mary (nee O’Neill), daughter Niamh, son Ger, son-in-law Aiden (O’Brien), Ger’s partner Jackie, his adored grandchildren Cormac, Finn, Kyle, Josh and Evie, sisters Kathleen, Stasia, Margaret, Ann, Joan, Alice and Tidi, brothers Tommy, Noel, Martin and Paul, aunts Mai and Sr. Rose, uncles Noel and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing on Sunday at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. Arriving on Monday at St. Martin’s Church Ballyhale for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon. Burial after in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers please, donations to The Oak Ward, Waterford and St. Luke’s Oncology Kilkenny (Donation box in Funeral Home and Church).
