The death has occurred of
James Murphy
MURPHY (formerly of Thorndale, Dublin Hill, Cork and Dromlought, Co. Kerry): On January 8th 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, JIM (Rtd. Quarter Master, Military Police, Collins Barracks), much loved dad of James, Martina, Lorraine and dearest brother of Kay, Maurice and Martin.
Sadly missed by his children and their mother Carmel, sister, brothers, daughter-in-law Katie, Martina’s partner Anthony, Lorraine’s partner Ned, grandchildren Leah, Sophie, James, Darragh and Leigh, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing in the Coburg Street, Funeral Home of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Wednesday (January 11th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Thursday (January 12th) in the St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane which
can be viewed on
Funeral will take place privately afterwards.
