Joan Murphy
(née O'Donoghue)
Murphy (Murmont, Montenotte, Cork), on July 24th 2024, peacefully at Care Choice, Montenotte; Joan (née O’ Donoghue), beloved wife of John, much loved mother of Mary, John and Ciarán and dearest sister of the late Marie and Barry. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, daughter, sons, grandchildren Linda, Stephen, Ciara, Sarah and Kate, sisters Pat, Seanie and Rita, brother David, son-in-law Derry, daughter-in-law Marianne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Sunday, July 28th, from 4.00pm to 5.00pm, with prayers at 4.45pm. Requiem Mass on Monday, July 29th, at 11.00am in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield, which will be live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/stjosephsoyr. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
