Joe Geoghegan of 115 St Clare’s Road, Governey Park, Graiguecullen and The Hillview Nursing Home, Tullow Rd., Carlow and formerly of Staplestown Rd., Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on January 18th, 2024, at Hillview Nursing Home, Carlow

Beloved husband of the late Betty and much loved father of Valerie.

Pre-deceased by his parents Joe Snr and Rose, his brothers baby William, Sean and Eamon and sister Áine

He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter, grand-daughter Amber, son-in-law Neil, sister Rose, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq, (Eircode R93 C863) from 4pm on Friday, January 19th, concluding with Prayers at 8pm that evening. Removal on Saturday at 11.30am to St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 Noon, followed by funeral to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow for burial.
