Joe (Joseph) McDermott, Smithstown, Julianstown, Co. Meath and formerly of East Wall, Dublin, Gormanston, Co.Meath and Wheaton Hall, Drogheda. 23rd July 2024. Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Mary. Adored father of Fran, Veronica and Carol. Joe will be sadly missed and always remembered by his son and daughters, sons-in-law Barry and James, grandchildren Daniel, Niamh, Katie, Aoife, Jamesie, Joe, Hannah and Rosa, great-grandchildren Máire, Mona and Somhairle, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and former colleagues of The Ambulance Service.

Reposing at his home on Friday from 4pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church, James St., Drogheda and can be viewed live at www.stmarysdrogheda.ie with burial afterwards in Moorechurch Cemetery. House private on Saturday morning please.
