Johanna, Heathstan Rd. London formerly of Ballyboy West, passed peacefully at Charing Cross hospital with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her husband Tony and her parents David and Kate Smith. She will be very sadly missed her sons Gary and Shaun, daughters Michelle and Stacy, many grandchildren, brother Danny, sister Elizabeth and special cousin Betty, nieces, nephews extended family and friends. Cremation Service will take place on Wednesday 18th December at 12.40 pm at Mortlake Crematorium Richmond London. You may use the link below to convey your sympathies to Johann'a family.
