Peacefully in the wonderful care of the Staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his beloved son Neil, his mother Marian and by his adored daughter-in-law Ciara (née Wilson).

John will be forever loved and deeply missed by his son Shane and partner Marian, his adored grandchildren Conor, Darragh, Nicole, Gráinne and Holly, brothers Liam and (Jim) Seamus, sister Maura, brother-in-law Harvey, sisters-in-law Catherine and Joan, nephew David, cousins, extended family relatives, neighbours and wonderful friends.

Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street (A91 Y3CX) on Wednesday 2pm to 8pm.

Removal on Thursday morning at 10.45am on foot to St. Joseph’s Redemptorist Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock followed by burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery (A91 F598).
