John Burke

Peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, John beloved husband and best friend of Martina (Née Gaughan) and much loved father of Patricia (Mulroy), Joanna (Healy) and Mary (Cunniffe), adored grandfather of Colm, Aaron, Emma, Ciarán, Niamh, Aoife, Darragh, Rachel and Mark. Predeceased by his brother Coilin and sister Cáit. Sadly missed by his wife and daughters, grandchildren, brothers Pat, Mattie, Mikie, Stiofán, Eamon and Peadar, sisters Mary Ann and Brid, sons-in-law Brendan, Derek and Tony, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway on Wednesday 20th June from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Removal on Thursday 21st June to Christ the King Church, Salthill to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m. Funeral afterwards to Rahoon Cemetery. House private by request.
