DUNNE (Cork) On 25th November 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital, JOHN, late of Willow Bank View and Ardmore Avenue, Knocknaheeny. Lifelong partner and best friend of Fidelma, much loved son of Michael and Frances, dearest dad of Jonathan, Kayleigh, Rebecca, Emily and Darren, grandad of J.J. and Rosie, and son-in-law of the late Mag.

Sadly missed by his loving partner, father, mother, children, grandchildren, sisters Tracey and Katriona, brothers Michael, Edward and Denis, father-in-law David, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends especially Johnny and Willie.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Thursday (28th November) from 12 noon, family in attendance at 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (29th November) at 11.00am in St Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Curraghkippane.
