John Joseph Gannon

The death has occurred of John Joseph Gannon, peacefully at his home in Fortbrowne, Lavally, Tuam, Co. Galway (and also of Saggart, Co. Dublin). Predeceased by his father Michael, mother Norah, and sister Mary. Sadly missed by his children Edward, Natalie, John, Lorraine, Ursula, Sinèad, Stephen & David; his partner Noeleen, his sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sister, brother-in-law, his sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May his kind soul rest in peace

In accordance with John’s wishes, his body is being donated to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland for medical education and research. Consequently, the remains will be interred at a later date. Funeral mass will take place at the Month’s Mind on, Saturday 12th of October, 2024 at 12 pm, in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Clonberne, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, H53 XC89.
