John J. Gleeson

John J. Gleeson, Cooleens, Charleville, Co. Cork and formerly of Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick. Ex Golden Vale. Peacefully at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork, on December 18th, 2024, with his family by his side.

Predeceased by his brother Paddy and sister Essie (Dillon).

John will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Maura (nèe O'Connor), daughter Maeve, sons Paul, Eoin and Simon, daughter-in-law Jackie, grandchildren Ronan, Molly, Johnny and Ted, sister Peggy, brothers Timmy, Joe and Mikey, sisters-in-law Bernadette,Carmel and Nóirín, brothers-in-law John Dillon, Tom O'Connor, Pat O'Connor and Ged O'Connor, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and his many dear friends.

May John's gentle soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in O'Malley's Funeral Home, Newline, Charleville (P56T184) on this Sunday (22nd) from 4.30 pm to 6:30pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am in Holy Cross Church, Charleville.(live stream available BY CLICKING HERE)Funeral after to Ballyhea New Cemetery.
