Died Saturday 14th of December 2024 peacefully at the Regional Hospital Mullingar with his family by his side under the excellent care of Professor Clare Fallon and the staff in medical 2.

Predeceased by his father Joe, mother Monica and brother-in-law Eddie.

John Joe will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Anne, brother Thomas, sister-in-law Maria, niece Rachel, nephews David, Joseph, John and Ed, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, many great friends and loyal customers.

Reposing in Smiths Funeral Home, Barrack St. Granard (N39AX97), on Monday the 16th from 6pm. to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning 17th to St. Mary’s Church Granard for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by Christian burial in Granardkill cemetery.
